Publication of declaration
11When a state of emergency or a state of local emergency has been declared under this Act, the Minister or the municipality, as the case may be, shall immediately cause the details of the declaration to be communicated or published by those means that the Minister or municipality considers the most likely to make the contents of the declaration known to the civil population of the area affected.
